John Fleming is a physician, entrepreneur businessman, military veteran, and former Congressman from the fourth district of Louisiana. He served four terms in Congress from 2009-2017. While in Congress, Fleming was a founder of the House Freedom Caucus, along with Jim Jordan, Ron DeSantis and Mark Meadows.
